Im curious if maybe you can answer a question I have had for some time and that is how much strength can be developed from just kettlebells, clubs, Turkish bags, and bodyweight exercises alone without the use of barbells? I have been using kettlebells for some time and I want to add clubs and possibly a turkish bag and I dont want to have to go to the gym to use barbells. I just don't want to neglect maximal stregnth development. I have not really found a wualified answer to this question. Maybe because the widespread use of the kettlebell is fairly new, although it is a much older strengrh tool.

Save to say, you did a very nice job on explaining the diverence between the Competition kb; Girevoy and the Iron Cast kb; Hard Style. Subed on your Snatch explanation vid, ... or was it 🤔 the Gorilla Clean, either way, good job in all of your explanations. So if you wanna know, i'm casting, flip'm over, double 16's hard style, ... it's the rush🤗 and yeah, 16's, ... well, i'm 62 and having kb fun for just about a year. Thnx coach👍

Mike I have had rota-tor cuff surgery 3 1/2 years ago. And have been using kettlebells for over 40 years. RKC Povel trained and was an instructor. I have not instructed in 8 years. I'm retired and just work out on my own in my own gym. I just love this video and will start putting it in my workout. Put even now after 3 years there are still some days my rota-tor cuff still is tender. I would like to start training with the Bulgarian Bag, I have never used one. What weight would you suggest I start with? At this time I am 70 year old but very fit. I can't do the 100 snatches in 5 min like I once was able to do to get certified but I can still get 60 maybe 65 on a good day. LOL Thank You Rick D.
